CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Once
you have made a booking request we will confirm availability and
request a cheque for 30% deposit. On receipt of the deposit your
booking will be confirmed.
A
cheque for the balance of the amount due should be sent no more than 4
weeks before the first day of your booking. If you have to cancel your
holiday within this 4 week period you will forfeit the whole of the
amount paid if the property cannot be re-let for the period you have
booked. If you cancel outside the 4 week period but with 10 weeks of
the first date of your booking you will forfeit your deposit if the
property cannot be re-let for the period you have booked. If you cancel
more than 10 weeks before the first date of your booking you will be
refunded your deposit less a £30 administration charge.
